Homemade Puff Pastry and Palmiers

Since the social distancing went into effect basically world wide, I’ve joined the baking bandwagon. One of my favorite things to make from scratch is puff pastry. Anyone doing the One Punch Man workout?

Well, it’s been almost a month and I know that my gym, Orangetheory, has been closed because of COVID-19. Most of us are in that camp now where we are on our own for home workouts. 200, 000 Orangetheory calories burned

Last night, I hit a bit of a milestone with my Orangetheory workouts. I broke the 200k calories burned mark for all time. I’ve been going to Orangetheory for over two years now to augment my running.
